As a Refuse Loader, you’ll work as part of a friendly crew collecting food waste from households across the district. You’ll be outdoors, active, and contributing directly to improving recycling rates and reducing landfill.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely loading food waste containers into collection vehicles
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Providing excellent customer service to residents
• Ensuring rounds are completed efficiently and to a high standard

We’re looking for people who:

• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather
• Are reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
• Can work well in a team and follow instructions
• Are physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
