We’re Hiring: My Fenland Supervisor (37 hours per week)

Salary range: £36,363 – £40,777

Fixed Term Contract until 31.03.2028

At My Fenland, we’re the first point of contact for residents across the district—proudly delivering exceptional service with a strong One Team ethos. Our friendly and committed staff work across multiple locations and support a wide range of council services to ensure every customer has a smooth, positive experience.

You’ll be joining our team of Supervisors who play a vital role in leading, motivating and developing front-line colleagues. No two days are the same—your leadership will help shape how services are delivered across our Contact Centre in March, our Business Centres in Wisbech and Chatteris, and our face‑to‑face services across all four Fenland market towns.

Please note: use of a vehicle is required due to travel between sites.

What we’re looking for

✔ A strong communicator who leads by example

✔ Excellent organisational and people‑management skills

✔ Experience in a customer‑focused environment (preferred)

✔ Someone who’s enthusiastic, adaptable and passionate about making a difference
