We are looking for two people to join our highly successful Private Sector Housing team

We are looking for exceptional candidates who have a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, keen to learn and have experience with working with the public.

Are you Housing Health and Safety Rating Standard (HHSRS) qualified or willing to undertake training?

The role includes improving living conditions in the private sector and taking enforcement action where required to ensure compliance with Housing legislation and help us implement the Renters Rights Act.

You will also learn about other aspects of the service including disabled facility grants, tenancy relations and empty homes.
